FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH
ZUMA RIDE: Las Posas road in Camarillo to Zuma Beach and back.
Approximately 50 miles. This is an out and back ride so you may turn around at any point for a shorter ride option. A common short ride option is to turn around at Neptune’s Net Seafood Restaurant. This turn around point will give you about a 34 mile ride.
To get to the starting location, take 101 from either the north or south. Exit at Las Posas road in Camarillo. Heading North on 101, exit and make a right off the freeway. Heading South, exit and make a left off the freeway and proceed over the bridge. Go through the first light on the north side of the freeway and turn right into the Ralphs shopping center. Be there by 8:00 or we won’t be there.
Level of difficulty: Easy to moderate. Mostly flat with some rollers. There is often traffic however the shoulders appear to be descent and somewhat roomy.
